I have been coming here for years and the service is always top notch from when I first walk in it feel the warm welcoming to throughout the purchase of my frames that I need for the year I love memorial eye center. I recommend them to family and friends all the time!

This place is great, they took my appointment same day within hours, the staff is very courteous and polite. Dr. Monica Jones has a great disposition, she has a calming voice, is very knowledgeable and I will now start coming here for all of my eye and vision needs. I had debris scratch my cornea and Dr . Monica Jones knew exactly what to do. I was out in less than 30 minutes.

I had an excellent experience! The staff was personable, welcoming, and efficient from the moment we arrived. The service was quick and organized without feeling rushed. Our provider, Dr. Jones was wonderful. She was gentle, patient, and thorough with children, which made the visit feel comfortable and reassuring. She explained things clearly and provided care with both professionalism and warmth. It was also meaningful to be cared for by a Black woman and doctor who represents excellence. She is highly educated, and community-centered with her care. As a parent, that kind of representation matters, my child is now pretending to be an eye doctor and giving exams at home, now we all have to “follow the pen”. Dr. Jones made us feel seen, respected, and well cared for on every level. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, compassionate, and family-friendly eye care.

Great service and staff. Maria and Josh are excellent employees and have great customer service skills. I saw Dr. Nguyen and she has excellent bedside manner, she is kind and honest and has patience to answer all your questions. 10/10 RECOMMEND :)

Dr. Monica Jones is exceptional. She is highly professional, kind, patient, explains everything in detail of the process, answers all questions. She is very positive and makes you feel calm. She leaves you feeling as if you have had superior eye care from a genuinely caring professional and personal friend because of her caring ways. She is a treasure. I remain grateful for her eye care and will highly recommend her to everyone I know. I also appreciate her assistant, Janet. She is wonderful and kind as well and accommodated me fully in every way. I also thoroughly appreciated Maria, the Optician. She is a jewel of a person and helped me greatly in every way as well. She is excellent in her role and kind and considerate. She patiently went above and beyond to assist me, over and over until I was fully satisfied. I have great appreciation for her always.The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating, too. I highly recommend this business to everyone. You will be pleased to have benefited from an exceptional experience and superior care.

I was greeted with a smile. This team was very thorough at explaining what was going to happen that day. Dr. Jones was so personable and treated me like we were old friends. Every station was very patient with me. There are many beautiful glasses to choose from and Maria was very patient with me as I took my time making my final choice. You will be very impressed when you visit this place. I have my glasses now and I am very happy with them. I bought everyday glasses and prescriptive shades and I LOVE them !!🤍🤍🤍 I had a great experience at Memorial Eye Center near 518 and Pearland Parkway and you will as well.
