Meet Dr.Maria Nguyen-Trinh (Pearland, TX)

Dr. Maria Nguyen-Trinh is a compassionate optometrist dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy vision through personalized, comprehensive eye care. Born in Vietnam, she moved to the United States at the age of one and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing her to provide exceptional care to a diverse patient community.

Dr. Nguyen-Trinh earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grand View University before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2019.

During her clinical training, Dr. Nguyen-Trinh completed externships at Frisco Eye Associates and Audie Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital in San Antonio, where she developed expertise in contact lens fittings and the diagnosis and management of eye diseases, including glaucoma. She also gained valuable experience managing retinal diseases and providing perioperative eye care during her clinical rotation at Eye Consultants PC, an ophthalmology practice in Nebraska.

Dr. Nguyen-Trinh is passionate about delivering thorough, individualized eye care and enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients while helping them protect their vision for years to come.

Outside the office, Dr. Nguyen-Trinh enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
